Capacity Building

Our Capacity Building initiatives are designed to equip stakeholders such as Teachers, Educators, and Facilitators by sharing knowledge, skills and tools to create and maintain environment where children feel safe respected and valued. The activities conducted as part of capacity building initiatives are as follows.

A. Training Workshops for Community Leaders

Our targeted training sessions focus on child protection, conflict resolution, and community safety protocols. These workshops provide leaders with the practical tools necessary to identify and address at-risk situations effectively. These workshops cover a variety of topics and skills that are crucial for effective leadership.

B. Skill Development Programmes

BACHHE UNKI DUNIYA FOUNDATION will provide Employability Liked and Entrepreneurial Linked Skill Training Programmes for vulnerable youth and women. These courses are aimed at enhancing their employability and promoting their economic independence. The Skill Development Programmes offered are as follows.

C. Resource Centre’s

We will establish community resource centers that serve as comprehensive hubs for information, counseling, and training. These centers offer expert guidance, essential materials, and referral services to families and survivors seeking assistance. These centres will enhance the quality of life for citizens by offering resources, information, and programs that address various needs. The services offered by these resource centres are as follows.

01. Serving as a hub for information about local services, programs, and resources available in the community, including healthcare, housing, employment, and education. 02. Providing direct support services, such as counseling, mental health support, and crisis intervention. 03.
